Guests initially enter Birds of Paradise by taking the community stairwell or elevator to the third floor of the building to the front door of the home. When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms on one level. The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan. The laundry closet is located near the kitchen. You may access the outdoor balcony from the living room and the guest suite.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. We absolutely loved our stay at Birds of Paradise! As a family of four with two teens, this space was even more a than the pictures show! Spacious, gorgeous, and we had all we needed. Grounds were extremely well kept and beach access a few steps away from your door. We already are planning our next trip. Communication was helpful and prompt as well. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect. This was the 2nd time I’ve stayed there and it’s still as amazing as 2 years ago! We will definitely be back! Wonderfully decorated and so clean! The best place hands down to stay!

Stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the property very well. Close access to the beach, the pool area was nice, the Palmetto Dunes area was very nice to stay in as well. The only issues we had was poor Internet service and not being able to use the washing machine due to a repair needing to be made. But the hosts were quick to bring us extra towels and take the used ones back.
We would stay again.

The room was spacious and pretty. The view from balcony was great. Checkin and out was easy. Grounds were maintained nicely. Wildlife seen regularly. Bike trails weee great. Pool was great. In the room, the beds were hard. The washer did not work and did not get repaired during our 6 night stay. The WiFi worked only half the time. The tv wouldn’t connect to the on and off again WiFi. The master bath shower leaked large puddle into bathroom floor in front of toilet. Was very disappointed in the price we paid for things like the washer not working and WiFi bad and poor beds. Overall, nice place to stay in general.
