The property was clean and conveniently located within a walking distance of groote schuur hospital. Securing was top notch and the gym and pool made it home away from home. The amenities it had made life easy

- Close to the place of work.
- Communication was swift and pleasant.
- Entrance staff are very polite and understanding.
- Room cleaning was also well done: once a week for free, with additional cleaning available for a fee.
- There is no photo or mention of the cemetery view, which is the main view from all windows, including the living room and bedroom. Not everyone cares, but some people do or are sensitive to it; give the clients a choice by being as transparent as possible.
- Older, at times a bit run-down environment(the flooring and cutlery), and building amenities (e.g., gym).
