Enjoyable after an indifferent start.
Met as agreed very late at night by manager with the keys to the property.
Very cold at night and took a lot of effort to obtain extra blankets. had to contact owner who lives in Germany to expedite.

A hidden negative surprise.
The house is clean and tidy and good equipment in kitchen and bath room although very basic.
FrEffect The house is located in a shabby backstreet with abandonned ground and garbagebins as neighbour on one side.
It is not far from the beach but you have to walk for 20 minutes.
It is on groundfloor in a very dark area, so need to close all Windows at night with heavy wooden padlocks for The windows, no protecting bars at all. The description is "an airconditioned appartment" that makes you thin AC is in bedrooms and kitchen. However The small AC is only in the kitchen and has no Effect at all in the bedrooms. Since you cannot have Windows opened at night it gives a very hot bed room.
The garden is rather a scrubble stoned backyard with some weeds growing. The outside furnitures is a concrete bench and some plastic chairs.
So the description at booking.com is far from reliable in this case.
I decided to move out from there after first night. Had booked for six nights.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – erhebliche Mängel in Hygiene, Ausstattung und Klimatisierung!
Die Lage war einigermaßen ok und der Strand war fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett.
Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein modriger, stickiger Geruch entgegen, der sich durch alle Räume zog. Das Bad/WC stank unerträglich und war zudem in einem völlig unhygienischen Zustand. Ich habe das Bad mit ACE gereinigt und Duftspray gekauft. In der Küche war es noch schlimmer: Öffnet man die Schränke, schlägt einem ein derart widerlicher Geruch entgegen, dass man sich fast übergeben muss. Das Geschirr und die Tassen wirken, als wären sie noch aus dem letzten Jahrhundert.
Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist viel zu schwach und kühlt kaum. In den anderen Zimmern stehen nur winzige Ventilatoren, die überhaupt nichts bringen – wir mussten uns schon in der ersten Stunde einen Standventilator kaufen, um nicht vor Hitze umzufallen. Trotzdem blieb die gesamte Wohnung extrem stickig. Aus den Wasserhähnen kommt kaum kaltes Wasser – nur fast kochend heißes, sodass ich mir sogar die Hände verbrannt habe.
Die Einrichtung ist uralt und modrig – vermutlich über 30 Jahre alt. Der Fernseher funktioniert nur nach Lust und Laune, der Kühlschrank kühlt kaum, und die Möbel sowie sämtliche Textilien sind in einem erbärmlichen Zustand: Bettlaken alt und voller Fusseln, steinharte Kissen (mussten wir selbst ersetzen), uralte Handtücher, die wohl nicht mal der Besitzer selbst noch benutzen würde. Die Matratzen sind hart, stinken und wirken uralt. In den Ecken oder hinter den Betten findet man tote Kakerlaken.
Besonders schlimm: Meine Mutter leidet an Herzinsuffizienz und bekam wegen der schlechten Klimatisierung Atemnot. Auch unsere Hunde waren wegen der Hitze völlig erschöpft. Zudem kann man vom Treppenhaus direkt in die Wohnung schauen – null Privatsphäre.
Fazit: Alles sehr, sehr alt, unhygienisch, stickig und schlicht unzumutbar. Nie wieder! Hätten wir mit den Hunden eine andere Unterkunft gefunden, wären wir sofort gegangen. So mussten wir 3 Tage dort aushalten.
