Bilbao yes area no

Apartment was a shown in photos. It was very nicely decorated and very clean lots of equipment. Although couldn't use the toaster as the electrics went off when we tried. But that is a minor negative

Location we were expecting a diverse neighbourhood but my daughter and myself felt it would not be suitable for people on their own especially women. Too many groups of men drinking etc on the street

it was a pleasant stay and very important for us— a very clean and comfortable apartment.

it was very very clean, no strange smell, clean bed sheets and towels.

no parking space , had to leave the car at 800m in a private parking.

Classy decoration should have classy management to match

Beautifully decorated exactly like the pictures. There are like 50 pillows so you will always be comfortable and cozy. Fully equipped for any daily living needs. Different types of lighting in the apartment so you can adjust according to the time of day. Actually 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people (good when both of you are remote working and needs to take calls separately). Wifi works perfectly. Location is close to train station and city centre. Communication with one of the hosts was fast and easy in solving any problems. TV comes with Netflix and Prime video. Supermarket is just 3 mins away. Some reviews mentioned security in the area but we didn’t really have any problems and police cars on night patrol are just few blocks away.

My check in was late (~23:00) due to a flight delay and I was mistakenly told by one of the hosts that there would be a late check in fee. It was eventually resolved via Booking.com customer service. The building is old so you can hear the neighbours and in the morning when they woke up I thought someone was walking in the apartment so I was scared for a minute. Maybe not suitable for solo travellers 😄 Would be nice to have some umbrellas in the apartment as Bilbao in January was raining a lot. A smell in the bathrooms.

Overall cleanliness was very good.

Rooms were clean.

Very strong odour across all the rooms.
