Close to our land sailing beach. Nicer room than expected, and attendant was more engaging than most when going to budget motels. Though we don't have pets, they're allowed. Our friend, who travels to beaches with us, requires that accommodation.
No coffee in room or lobby. No TV remote, only cable. Unable to use smart features to stream our own movie as a result. Attendant said they would not provide that remote for me.

I liked that it was close to the sea and in a quiet neighborhood. Being comfortable and clean were the most important things for me.
There was constant pedestrian traffic. There was constant movement, coming and going, noise, and the sound of dogs barking.

Convenient location
Towels were paper thin.

Pets stay free and close to the dog beach.
For being a pet friendly place, they oddly asked questions like how big were my dogs and if they barked. Also, nowhere on their property to take your dogs to potty.
