The room and facilities were great. The hotel managers were very easy to contact and they were quick to respond if we needed any help. The room looked exactly like the pictures as well!
There’s quite a bit of stairs so it’s tricky to get up and down. It’s also quite a ways away from the main part of Tokyo but it’s still doable.

The property is so clean and good amenities
It’s so hard to go upstairs when you have lots of stuff to carry 😮💨

The location is fine, although the corridors have many water leaks
We asked the host for cutlery because we had literally none and were unable to cook. Host did not help and told us they do not provide kitchen knives for security reasons. When ask why there were no chopsticks, forks, spoons... He never replied.
Incredibly unprofessional.
