You can set out right from the house to experience nature up close.
Hikes, walks, and excursions to famous attractions such as Königssee, the Kehlsteinhaus, the salt mine, etc., ... - Don’t waste any time—there’s so much to discover.
Mountain bikers and cyclists will also enjoy riding through the Berchtesgaden National Park. For skiers and snowboarders, Berchtesgaden offers plenty of options; the well-known sports center at Götschen is just a few minutes away. Toboggan runs, curling on frozen lakes, sleigh rides, or cross-country skiing at the nearby cross-country skiing center at Aschauerweiher are just a few of the winter activities we’d like to highlight here.

Non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 35 square meters, on the 1st floor. 1 separate bedroom (double bed), cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, very well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop. A beautiful south-facing balcony with a magnificent panoramic view.
To ensure you feel completely at home, all rooms have been furnished in the Bavarian country house style. Plenty of wood and sunny windows create a cozy atmosphere. Of course, comfort is a priority, so you don’t need to worry about towels or bed linens. The apartment features a shower/toilet, a bedroom for 2 people, a cozy living room with additional sleeping space, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and is equipped with a TV and radio. From the sunny balconies, you can see the magnificent Berchtesgaden mountains. Panoramic views from the south, east, and southwest-facing balconies. In the cozy kitchen, you’ll find all the kitchenware you need: a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and more. You can then enjoy your meal at the Bavarian dining table and on the corner bench. Bon appétit!

Nice quiet location in the Berchtesgadener Land valley.
It has a full length balcony with a view on the Watzmann and Kehlstein.
The touristic attractions in Berchtesgaden and Schönau am Königssee are within a 10 minute drive.

Gemütliche und gut ausgestattete FeWo in ruhiger Lage zum günstigen Preis. Dazu noch sehr freundliche Gastgeber, was will man mehr?
