Great location on the beach, quiet, clean, and easy to get to and from town. We had an issue with the TV and the general manager was super responsive and fixed it right away. Using Whatsapp to contact while in Belize was super easy and convenient. Looking forward to our next stay on Ambergris Caye!

We enjoyed our stay at Bermuda Palms. The location was great, close to the bridge and a little removed from the chaos. The apartment was spacious enough for a group of 6 adults. Staff was very responsive, helping us with dinner reservations and sending maintenance quickly when we had an issue with the AC.

Property was as advertised. Fun bar on site with good food. Pool was clean and warm. On site phone was not functional. A/C units malfunctioned, repaired the next day. Check out instructions were confusing, supposed to drop off key at a place that seemingly didn't exist so left key in lockbox by door. Beds very comfortable, kitchen adequate, grocery store very close by.

We have visited Ambergris Caye 12 times over the past 15 years and have stayed at 4 different properties. This location was great but for the price is most likely last on my list to book again. It was dirty and in need of upgrades. The bath in loft was less than rough and we told the children to avoid using it.
