About this house rental
Waverley is a pretty country cottage with a beautiful new kitchen, two new bathrooms and a cosy modern country feel. With a serene rural outlook, the cottage has two bedrooms, each with a king bed that can be split into two singles. Linen is provided and the beds will be made up for your in preparation for your arrival.
The cottage has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a log fire. The fire is set and additional firewood is included during the winter months.
The cottage has a verandah with barbecue where you can enjoy a meal or drink.
Or curl up on the outdoor lounge and enjoy the view out over the paddocks and dam.
Evenings can be spent stargazing or roasting marshmallows on the outdoor firepit.
Bundara Farm is set on 15 acres, featuring beautiful gardens and green paddocks.
Pretty and peaceful, you will enjoy the abundant wildlife and our farmyard friends - two mini ponies, two Icelandic horses and cheeky chickens.
Only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful historic village of Berry, and five minutes from Seven Mile Beach - it’s the perfect spot for couples, a small family or a weekend away with friends! We are pet friendly too.

I loved the property. Very clean and tidy. The horses were also very friendly. I made sure that everything was covered up so that the dogs did not leave their scent. Although they are very clean

Waverly Cottage is a beautiful and amazingly peaceful location just minutes away from Berry.The cottage is so quaint and stylishly decorated.It felt cosy and private with all the amenities you need.Our host was very friendly and informative.I would recommend Waverly Cottage for a perfect long weekend or holiday.

Thank you Jane and Mark for the welcome note and bar of chocolates on the dining table. We were delighted by the fresh garden roses, hydrangeas, mint and leafy greens in various rooms - great touch!At check-in we were a little confused because the email received the day before mentioned Bellevue cottage. Easy fix we drove a little further down and found the cottage we booked.We enjoyed a quiet stay at the Waverley cottage. A relaxing atmosphere to unwind as a family, play games (brang them e.g. bananagrams, uno) and relaxed with a book (books also available around the cottage). Otherwise, it’s conveniently located, a quick drive into Berry town centre or Seven Mile beach. Jane recommended Shaolhaven Heads where dogs are allowed on or off leash - thank you. Our girls are young so on our 2nd day we visited Callala Bay beach which is great for young families and dog friendly.We made breakfast daily in the cottage with essential cookware, utensils, crockery, mugs and glasses provided. Other times we ate out for lunch and had takeaways for dinner. Easys and Queen St Cafe were our favourites. Our girls were a little disappointed we didn’t see the miniature cows or interact with the mini horses. Separately, listing needs to be updated as there’s no hot tub which we didn’t mind but had packed a separate swim suit for that so a little disappointed.All in all it was a lovely stay.

Waverly cottage on Bundara Farm is a little gem tucked into the hills only minutes from Berry and a 5-10 minute drive from some of the most beautiful coastline anywhere in the world. We found the cottage to be well maintained and clean.
The only issue for us was that the outdoor patio was not clean enough for us to enjoy sitting outside. Bird droppings on the pavers and chairs. I would have happily hosed the area but there was no hose that i could find.
