The front desk personnel were wonderful and very informative about questions I had regarding; taxi costs to CRK round trip.

The hotel building is nice and rooms are good.
Pollution all around. Smokes from surroundings.

Hotel was nice and walkable

Modern hotel, good location, large room with SOME decent facilities - but almost cancelled out by the negative issues listed below.
Expensive mini-bar, average aircon, no fridge freezer - just a poorly functioning drinks chiller, no smart TV, a bath tub with a broken drainer - which had been patched (bodged) up and several noisy guests.
