Breezy Two | Lakeside Family Cabin with Boat Dock Near Big Bear Village
Escape to Breezy Two, a spacious two-story lakeside chalet on the shores of Big Bear Lake. This 1,578-square-foot cabin has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, sleeps up to eight guests, and is perfect for families, friends, and couples' retreats. It sits about a mile from Big Bear Village and the local marinas, with a lakeside yard, a seasonal boat dock, and a BBQ area right outside your door.
Start each morning with coffee on the patio, looking out over the lake, then spend your summer days on the water from your own seasonal boat dock. In the evening, fire up the charcoal BBQ, grill your fresh catch, and gather around the picnic table as the sun goes down. Inside, the cozy living room invites you to snuggle up on the leather sofas in front of the wood-burning fireplace, with lake views and a flat-screen TV with cable for movie nights. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Around the corner, the equipped kitchen and dining area has oak cabinets, counter space, cookware, appliances, and a dishwasher, ready for home-cooked meals and holiday feasts. All three bedrooms are upstairs: a king bedroom, a family room with a queen bed and two twins plus a TV, and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk and a twin bed, which kids will love. Every bed is made up with warm linens, blankets, and pillows, and fresh towels are ready when you arrive. A full bathroom on each level and a laundry room with a washer and dryer make group stays easy.
Breezy Two's lakeside location puts the best of Big Bear within easy reach. In summer, enjoy boating, fishing, and paddling on the lake, then walk or drive about a mile to the marinas and The Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. In winter, the ski resorts are a short drive away, and you'll come home to a warm fire and quiet lake views. A three-car driveway makes arriving with your group easy, and the larger cabin next door can be rented together with Breezy Two for even bigger gatherings.

Summary of reviewsFantastic property on the lake with ample room for families and great views.

Great location, close to the Village and the Lake. Property is on an inlet which is good for fishing and watching the sunset. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable but could use an upgrade. The interior needs a good cleaning and dusting. Overall a good place.

We've stayed here before with our son and grandkids and enjoyed this home. There is a large, sturdy dock (greatly appreciated) to tie up our canoe. Since rains the last two years have dramatically raised the water level, it is especially a great location to launch from. There are 3 bedrooms (all upstairs) and two full baths (one up, up down). There are plenty of dishes and utensils and a nice deck to sit on to enjoy the water view with no particular time of day that gets blasted with uncomfortably hot sun. (We like this feature a lot in the hot summer months.) It's a keeper!
