About this villa rental
Mediterranean type villa, close to one of the most beautiful Corsican beach in Pinarello bay. Close to all amenities and in a private, tree-lined site. New villa nestled in the heart of the trees to the sound of cicadas. Large living room overlooking the heated swimming pool and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. the villa is 4 km from the beautiful rivers and 3.5 km from the beach. You will also enjoy many other nautical activities. the villa is not overlooked.

We spent over a week in the house and could really relax.
The house was quiet, clean and we had everything we needed (kitchen, washing machine etc.).
We spent most of our time at the pool. The location is not directly by the sea but you are completely alone and undisturbed. You can be by the sea or at a large supermarket in five minutes. The owner Marc was very helpful and easy going. It was definitely our best accommodation on our trip through Corsica.

We had a fantastic stay in the house. Communication with owner was very good with quick response. The pool and house is in a very good condition, very recommendable. Only the minutes walking distance to the beach is not correct, it is a up and down road of approx 3,5 Kilometers. We had bikes, which was no problem. Parking at Pirellu beach is also for free with easy access to the beach (turn to the right side of the bay when you follow the road down to the beach.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa joliment décorée et fonctionnelle.
Cependant, la description de l’annonce reste à revoir : villa bien située mais à préciser qu’elle se situe en bordure de route, une route très fréquentée à toutes heures de la journée.
De plus, l’un des sommiers grinçait de façon anormale au moindre mouvement, si bien que le couple qui y dormait a fini par dormir matelas sur le sol durant tout le séjour.
Malgré la réactivité de notre hôte, qui nous a garanti le changement de la literie, fort surpris de constater que SEUL le matelas avait été changé par un nouveau matelas, et ce n’est qu’à notre départ, au moment de retirer les draps, que fût notre surprise de constater de grosses tâches verdâtres et rougeâtres. Draps qui dans la chambre concernée, étaient tachés de javel et troués à certains endroits.
A noter également que la piscine, n’était pas chauffée, bien que cela soit mentionné dans l’annonce. Un détail légèrement embarrassant quand on sait qu’à partir de 15h/16h le soleil ne donne plus sur la piscine.
Le logement était globalement propre si ce n’est les tâches sur les différents lits et l’hôte a été arrangeant pour notre heure de départ.
Ces quelques petites mésaventures/déception remettent totalement en question le rapport qualité prix.
