The house itself is huge, it is in need of some TLC. The photos from the listing show the house but it does not show all the repair work needing to be done. In the Florida room there was duct tape across the lining of the screen. In one part the screen was completely broken so we had bugs coming in and it wasn’t easy to be outside. The pool we were only able to really use it the day the cleaner came because it was dirty from bugs coming in. Also none of the outlets outside work so you only have 1 light to use for the whole outside, the pool did not have the light inside which at night may have helped with some darkness. We were not able to use the grill because it was very rusty and one of the parts looked broken and i would rather be safe than sorrry with a one year old on the premise. The house inside had good space but many outlets did not work. The tv in the master room we could not use because that outlet did not work. In the room with the bunk bed the ac was not filling the room and the outlets didn’t work so we could not put a fan in the room. Instead my nephew slept on the couch and ended up leaving 2 days early. It is a great house but it definitely needs a bit of love and hopefully also more updated pictures to show the broken things. ( only because i was expecting one thing from photos and in person i wasn’t able to use everything that’s listed) Thank you guys for welcoming us in. Hope you guys are okay and not affected from the Canada wildfires.

The house was clean, well equipped kitchen, laundry washer/dryer. Pool had full sun all day. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We had a few minor issues the property manager delt with promptly. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

House needs updates and maintenance. Hot tub does not work, could not get it to heat, barely any bubbles, same temp as pool. Many electrical outlets do not work. The gaming system couldn't be used, all the batteries were missing. No backup toilet paper in the house. Pool was clean and nice. Distance to parks, grocery and restaurants was ideal. House was clean and had towels and kitchen items to use. Host, property manager were responsive. The problem with hot tub just couldn't be fixed.
