About this house rental
Built in 2015, this townhome is located near the popular Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. There are several restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance. This home has ample parking underneath and additional in the gravel area adjacent to driveway. There are ocean views from all levels with seating on both porches. Open floor plan with a living area and well equipped kitchen and pantry on the main level. The 1st floor master has a king bed, a smart TV and a private bathroom. The 2nd floor master has a king bed & private bathroom. & smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The 4th bedroom/2nd living area has a single bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa, attached bath and a smartTV. A second pullout sleeper sofa is located in the first floor living area. Wifi is provided. There is a half bath on the main level and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The kitchen has dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, mixer and many other comforts of home. The bar area seats 3 with a table that can accommodate up to 6. The pantry is the perfect place to stash coolers and items out of the way. Outside shower with cold and hot water provided.
Head to the beach with our wagon or beach cart.

The steps are fairly steep and there is no elevator.

2 minute walk to the beach and ice cream. Several restaurants within walking distance as well! The house was wonderful and clean upon arrival. It was so nice to have a high chair, iron, beach towels and toys so we didn’t have to pack as much! Definitely recommend booking Sandy Heels.

The place was absolutely incredible! We were a group of moms looking to relax and get away and the house provided everything we needed and more! The host truly went above and beyond. I have stayed in many places and I will definitely be returning!
