This was perfect for 4 adults while their kids were at Cooperstown for the week. It was about 25 mins away from Dreams Park. The kitchen had everything we needed, though I would recommend better pans for cooking. The shared showers and laundry were a huge plus. The view off of the deck was very pretty and relaxing. I would reocmmmend!

Great location, very friendly host. Small but comfortable. Laundry area was nice & clean.Great shower facilities in the laundry area. The door didn’t shut tight, not a good seal so I think that is where bugs come in. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, liked the location and the host!

The house was truly in a quiet, secluded spot, a nice wooded lot off the beaten path. A little small but alright for a short weekend get-away. Highly recommend the Cooperstown area and the Baseball Hall of Fame, put these three together and you have yourself a good road trip.
