It’s a new property, well located and quiet place

Location was great. Lots of great places to stroll, dine, sip are close by. It’s a charming place, love the balcony, the layout, etc
Getting in via remote electronic access was a challenge initially.

The location is great there is no doubt about that but it has to be noted that Taxis can not pick you up or drop of in that street and we were on the 3rd floor with a small narrow staircase and 4 large suitcases to get up.
This is not an apartment for 4 people. Maximum 2!!! 2 small comfortable twin beds are on the top floor but for two more you use the sofa bed, which even with the provided mattress topper was like sleeping on stones and sticks.
Also the no key systems is awful. First of all you don't just need to check in online (which is common in Spain and fine) but you have to give your card details for the tourist tax (which is only mentioned in small print in bookings) in order to get their system key to open the doors. We were not the only ones outside the door trying to figure out how that works.
As for cleanliness the shower had black mold all around the bottom where the silicone sealer is clearly not doing it's job anymore.
Also the balcony decking is broken.
