About this house rental
Luxury villa, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, just one minute walk to the sandy beach. High end villa with large terrace, tropical garden. I complete Decorated in Spanish decoration; 2 kitchens with stainless steel appliances, laundry facilities, Internet, cable TV. Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning. The house is very private and secluded by a high wall; High tropical vegetation add to privacy. House is close to supermarkets and the center of Sosua with its nightlife. 3 minute walk to semi-private beach playa laguna, 5 minutes drive from the lively public beach of Sosua with all kinds of beach activities and 10 minutes drive to Cabarete beach with its nightlife and kite surfing. The home is ideal for families, singles and groups wishing to experience the best of the Dominican Dominican coast has to offer.
At the entrance to the territory there is a surveillance camera for the safety of residents and the house itself, and another camera is located in the service house where the washing machine is located. I also want to make an accuracy if the client is living for a long period, the days and hours when you can use this room and this service is paid will be agreed.

After a time to settle correctly the equipment of the house, everything has been functioning. The location is very close to the beach, almost private. The house is spacious and well equipped.
The neighbors are close and liked the loud music, however.

I loved staying at Marina's home. She was a great host, very attentive and responsive. The area was absolutely fantastic. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and plan on coming back.

Our stay was excellent. Marina was attentive to all of our needs during our visit. We have three kids, 10 to 15 years old, and the property was perfect for our family - a close walk to the beach and a great yard where we could swim, play games, and hang out. The house is also very close to everything in Sosua and a short drive to Cabarete. It was an ideal place for our family getaway.
