We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday home for 6 guests in Julianadorp aan Zee!
THE LOCATION: THE SEA IS JUST A STONE'S THROW AWAY 🌊
Our 120 m² house with three newly renovated bedrooms is located in the exclusive Duynopgangh holiday park, directly behind the dunes. The wide, fine sandy beach of Julianadorp is just a few minutes' walk away. ⛱️
The park has a barrier-controlled entrance, creating a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere – no through traffic, just the sound of the North Sea and the calls of seagulls. 😌
YOUR HOLIDAY HOME ON TWO FLOORS
(Up to 6 guests + a baby cot)
GROUND FLOOR: COMFORT AND COSINESS
• Living area: A spacious lounge with a cosy fireplace for relaxing evenings and a modern TV with German channels.
• Kitchen: A NEW, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining dining area – ideal for leisurely holiday breakfasts with beautiful views of the canal. (The kitchen was renovated in September 2026.)
• Bathroom facilities: A separate guest toilet and an additional separate shower room. 🛀
• Utility room: Everything to make your holiday easier, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, beach wagon, Weber electric barbecue, large parasol, beach chairs, fishing nets for beach play and sand toys for children.
NEW: We also have a rollator/walking aid available for guests who would appreciate extra support on the walk to the beach or a seat for a short rest along the way.
UPSTAIRS: SLEEP AND RELAXATION
• Bedrooms: Three lovingly furnished bedrooms – two with king-size double beds (180 cm wide) and one with two single beds. 🛌🛌
• Wellness highlight: Warm up in our infrared sauna for two after a long walk on the beach. 🧖 Bathrobes are provided for all 6 guests.
• Bathroom: A bright bathroom with toilet and whirlpool bathtub, which can also be used for showering. 🛀
• An extra touch: Soft, cosy bathrobes are ready for all 6 guests! 💕
OUTDOOR AREA: ROMANCE BY THE WATER
Enjoy your break on our spacious terrace, offering maximum privacy. The property is surrounded by a picturesque canal that gives the garden a very special, almost magical sense of tranquillity. Relax with a book while the birds sing and the water glistens gently. 🪿🐥🦔🦆🦢🐦
TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN?
• A children's/baby cot and high chair are available. 👶
• The beach wagon makes the short walk to the beach even more fun.
• Games, toys and books can be found in the children's room.
• Plenty of fishing nets for beach activities and sand toys are also provided.
PARKING: Two private parking spaces are available directly at the house.
IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR YOUR STAY
BED LINEN & TOWELS – OPTIONAL LINEN SERVICE
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are not included in the rental price.
For a relaxed start to your holiday, we offer an optional linen service:
• Bed linen: €12 per person per stay
• Towels: €12 per person per stay
The two services can be booked independently. Please let us know well before your arrival if you would like to use them.
You are, of course, welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels. Kitchen towels must always be brought by guests.
• Pets and smoking: Pets are not permitted, and smoking inside the house is prohibited.
• Fishing: Our holiday home is located beside a beautiful canal. Please note that fishing is prohibited throughout Villapark Duynopgangh, including its canals.
• Personal contact: We are not an anonymous agency. If you have questions or would like local tips, you can reach us by telephone or WhatsApp. 💯

The region around our holiday home is rich in culture and maritime charm:
• Den Helder (4 km): Discover maritime history at the Naval Museum, explore historic Fort Kijkduin or admire the craftsmanship at the Käthe Kruse Doll Museum.
• Texel Island: A must-see! Visit the museum ship “Natte Dok” at the former naval dockyard or enjoy a relaxed bus tour with the North Sea breeze on your face.
• Schagen (20 km): A charming town for a stroll and shopping at the Makado shopping centre. Don't miss the Thursday market (in peak season, with beautiful traditional costume parades).
• Alkmaar (35 km): Experience the famous cheese market (Fridays, April–September) or enjoy the historic old town on a romantic canal cruise.
• Enkhuizen & Medemblik (35 km): Step back in time at the Zuiderzee open-air museum or enjoy the nostalgic whistle of the heritage steam train that travels through the countryside between Hoorn and Medemblik.
