Not a lot
Lack of parking. Could do with a renovation inside and out windows need replacing as gaps.

The property was very clean and very good value for money. The Rooms were comfortable and very stylish. My stay included breakfast and was really good. The staff Luka and Shelly was more than helpful if I ever needed anything. I will definitely be booking again.
The bar wasn’t open but that is due to refurb.

The staff, hotel and location were great, a lovely breakfast in the morning.
Only thing that let it down was the bar was closed and there was no notification of this before booking or after booking, and we were not informed until arrival. The fact it had a bar was part of the reason we picked it. But cannot fault everything else.

good location with free carparking ,while the property across the road is vacant. Breakfast was o.k. Pricing was reasonable but some minus points for the items below. We had a pleasant room with a balcony and part sea view.
There was no hot water . There was a tea making facility but no cups. Only scrambled eggs available at breakfast and running out of crockery. Also we were in the middle of storm Boele (?) but that wasn't the hotel's fault !
