A localização é ótima, tava tudo limpo e organizado.

Very little. Only good part is it is actually only a 2 euro ferry across the river to the heart of Lisbon, and there is some nice restaurants this side of town, so the location is actually not bad at all!
No check in instructions provided on arrival - I recommend contacting them on WhatsApp in advance. It’s a self check in, very hard to find. Tiny room, and 1 shared bathroom between multiple rooms. Literally nothing else provided. No aircon but did have a fan. The walls weren’t complete walls it had gaps at the top so not sound proof in the slightest.
