The price and location
Could do with a little TLC

I liked the rugged exterior, balcony was a huge plus and the windows could open right up for a nice breeze. Beautiful location next to the church. Nice TV in our room as well.
Shower pressure wasn’t good at all, its a real shame as well because a new shower had been installed. Could use a little TLC to some paintwork and what not but overall decent.

Reasonably close to the Grand Union canal tow path. So a good stop over on a long walk. Sheets were clean.
Stained carpets, the cold water in the bath ran very poorly, no toiletries at all, no water in the water dispenser.

The location and free parking are great
The decor is tired and a makeover is long overdue. Only one coffee cup and towel available for 2 guests. No toiletries supplied

"Very clean and cosy
I accidentally left my electric toothbrush there and the staff were really helpful and are going to send it to me by post. Thank you Hunt Lodge"
