About this apartment rental
The approximately 90 m² large 3 ½-room apartment was rebuilt in 2018 and partially refurbished. Located on the ground floor of a 2-family house, the attractive apartment especially attracts with its approximately 30 m² covered terrace, a well-kept garden and a fantastic view. Coupled with the sunny and quiet location, as well as the proximity to the lake and beach, "La Florida" offers an ideal base for an all-round successful holiday. Both inside and outside, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains as far as the Monte Rosa massif. For the water fans under you there is in about 300 meters away a public beach or a beach with sandy beach and sun loungers (for a fee). A restaurant and a bar are also nearby. The magical village of Orta San Giulio, whose medieval core with its small streets often serves as a venue for filming, can be reached by car in about five minutes. If all of this becomes too idyllic in the long term and in the meantime craves bustle, the Lombard metropolis of Milan with its world-famous cathedral can be reached in about 45 minutes. The neat apartment itself has free wireless Internet access and also has the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. You park your car on the two private parking spaces directly at the house within the enclosed property. The property was in a stunning location overlooking the lake. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including visits from their super cute dog. We felt extremely welcomed by our hosts,
despite the language barrier and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It is a short walk down hill along to the lakeside small free beach and and we were able to launch our paddleboard and kayak there. If you walk up the hill from the property, there is access to a pretty sleepy village. The beautifully quaint Orta San Guilo is a 5 minute drive away. It is a shame it is not accessible by walking as the road is busy and there is no path. Overall, a fabulous weeks holiday with our teenager and adult daughter!

Sehr sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit äußerst freundlichen Vermietern. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, die Terrasse ein Traum.
