Huge apartment in a great location. Host was awesome with communication and very helpful
Would stay here for the location alone. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to Rialto Market and Bridge
The beds are so hard it’s difficult to sleep. Old apartment and one bathroom had a bath with no bath plug but you couldn’t really use the shower so we all had to use the one shower. If the beds were better this would be such a great apartment

Super convenient location
Better direction to find the flat. Was very difficult using address for first time travelers. GPS coordinates got us a little closer but ended up with hunting. Phone reception in many areas was not good.

Great location, easy to find, close to so many attractions & water taxis & buses.
Needs some sort of blackout curtains in the rooms, especially when it’s still daylight till late,& very bright in the early morning.
The bed’s & pillows were a bit too hard.

Amazing views right onto the Grand Canal and a very central location that makes it easy to get around. The apartment is modern and clean and very quiet, tucked away from crowds. The owner is very friendly and patient, and she made checking in and out easy, and she was very responsive!! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes and pots/pans. This is a great home base in Venice!
The beds are very firm, it felt like sleeping on a brick floor. There weren't any extra blankets, only the sheet and thin comforter on the bed. The apartment is a little spare - no coffee or tea, no basic spices etc for cooking, no handsoap in the bathrooms, no where to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom are thin white drapes that let in all the Grand Canal lights at night, recommend bringing an eye mask to block the light. You need the owner to send you a pin for exact location, if you enter the address listed it won't take you to the right spot due to how Venetian addresses are (but this wasn't explained until after we were already lost.)
