This home is remodeled with newer Kitchen, Baths, floors and paint and a finished basement with bar, game table and foosball! Lots of room to play on the 1.4 acre lot. There is a deep water dock with slip for a large boat. Gorgeous bay views and sunsets from waterfront deck with BBQ and picnic tables for eating crabs! Kayaks, crab traps and fishing poles are available for your use! Conveniently located 30 minutes from Annapolis and Downtown Baltimore. 20 minutes to BWI airport and about an hour to Washington DC. Come relax and enjoy the view!

It is truly wonderful; "beautiful" is the only word that comes to mind. One might find it difficult to fully appreciate the splendor of the scenery if they do not believe in God. The Waterfront cottage on the Chesapeake Bay is an absolute must-see; photographs simply cannot capture its true essence. The game room was a delight; my grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed playing with Tinker Toys, a charming throwback to a time before Legos. Foosball provided a fantastic opportunity for my son and me to bond. I cannot even begin to describe the boathouse and dock; once again, pictures fail to convey the breathtaking beauty of the sunrises and sunsets. The Waterfront cottage on the Chesapeake Bay is an excellent location for either a large family reunion or a more intimate family gathering. The hosts are readily available to assist you, day or night. Communication was consistently prompt and precise. For the past few years, I have visited my son around June 18th. While the rental price is on the higher side for my budget, I am already beginning to save for next year. This cottage offers a truly remarkable setting for individuals or families seeking to connect with God. Thank you, Melinda and Bob, for providing such an amazing and wonderful place to stay.

This is our second time staying here! It is wonderful. The home is warm and inviting. Kitchen has everything you need and there are tons of games and puzzles in the basement. Our family had a great time spending time together! Melinda is very kind and very response should you need anything! Thx again Melinda!

Our family enjoyed a very pleasant and relaxing 4-day weekend. In addition to a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed paddleboarding, kayaking and the beauty of a backyard on the water. Thanks very much to VRBO and the homeowners.The Kimmel Clan
