Stan je jako dobro estetski sređen. Prijatna atmosfera,dva klima uređaja,uvek topla voda. Jer nema bojlera klasičnog,nego na gas. Većina uređaja skoro nova ili u odličnom stanju. Jako dobar utisak.
Ulica je strma i slepa. Često nema mesta za parkiranje. Ali zato već u sledećoj paralelnoj je uvek bilo. Do nje možete stići i stepenicama koje idu od vrha "naše" ulice desno u tu sledeću paralelnu.Radi se o 5min hoda.

Salutare, oameni buni!
Ne am intors recent in tara, dupa 7 nopti petrecute la Salonic.
Sa o luam pe rand!
1. Locatia are absolut tot ce i trebuie: oale, tigai, vesela, prosoape, asternuturi, AC...absolut orice. Este un apartament maricel. Dormitor separat, bucatarie, baie si living cu pat extensibil si canapea separat prin perdea. Pot merge fara probleme o familie cu 2, 3 copii.
2. Am vazut ca unii au scris de presiunea apei. Apartamentul are centrala pe gaze. Noi am avut apa calda in permanenta si fara probleme cu presiunea.
3. Unele comentarii spuneau despre baia mica. E adevarat! Nu e grozav de mare insa daca eu la 1.80/92 kg am avut loc mai mult decat suficient, nu cred ca sunt probleme. Problemele apar de la 1.95 si 150 kg in sus.
4. Am mai vazut despre probleme cu parcarea. E cumva adevarat. Strada este in rampa si trebuie sa te descurci bine cu volanul. Daca iti este teama mai bine lasi masina pe strazile de la baza (intre 70 si 100 m distanta). Locuri sunt berechet si sunt toate gratis. Nu te intreaba nimeni de masina. Preventiv un nr de tel in geam ar fi folositor. Am vazut ca mai toti au nr in geam.
5. Distanta pana la Piata Aristotel este de circa 15-20 minute mers pe jos. Iar un taxi costa 5-6 euro. Apropo, la toate taxiurile poti plati cu cardul.
7. Cele mai bune plaje sunt la 25-30 minute mers cu masina (Pereia, Triada) insa avantajul este ca apartamentul este destul de aproape de centura de ocolire a orasului (2,3 benzi pe sens) si traficul se misca foarte bine.
8. Va recomand Waze in loc de Google Maps. Se misca mai repede, actualizeaza mai rapid (am incurcat de vreo 2 ori iesirile). Recomand sa cereti pe WhatsApp, Elenei (gazda), locatie direct de la apartament. E mult mai simplu.
9. Suficiente magazine in zona. Inclusiv patiserie, magazin general, 3, 4 terase, un fel de shaormerie etc.
10. Last but not least, Elena! Super gazda! Ne am vazut cand am ajuns ( ne a aratat unde sa parcam), in rest am corespondat pe WhatsApp.
Nu e la capitolul "nu mi a placut" dar as mentiona lipsa unei masini de spalat rufe pentru cei care au nevoie. Am plecat de la premisa ca nu plec in vacanta pentru a spala rufe. Dar pentru familiile cu copii mici poate conteaza.

The apartment is located in an older building, but it was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities to house 3 adults comfortable. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating, waiting for us and guiding on where to park our car (which was a bit challenging). The location allowed us to walk to the old town and enjoy great food at dinner, also was close to Stop #7 of the hop-on Big Bus which we used to get around Thessaloniki.
The parking on the steep, narrow street was a bit challenging. Recommend parking your car in the indicated spot, and not moving it until you leave the premises . Walk, call a cab, or use public transportation.

The view was not like in the picture, you can see the sea but the other 80% of the view is other appartments which are not preaty.
