Comfortable and spacious apartment in a great location, with a friendly host. The balcony with a view to the Mother of Georgia statue is fabulous! We did not use the kitchen as there are so many cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance but the washing machine and drying rack are excellent. The self-check-in instructions were detailed and made it easy.

Квартира очень просторная. Нас было 4 взрослых и 3 ребёнка, и всем было комфортно. Вид с балкона полностью соответствовал описанию — просто великолепный.
Постельное бельё было очень чистым и свежим, а сама квартира — идеально убранной. Особенно хочется отметить кухню: приятно удивило большое количество разнообразной и необходимой посуды. Также были предусмотрены средства первой необходимости — соль, сахар, кофе, что очень удобно, если вы планируете готовить самостоятельно. В ванной комнате был предоставлен стиральный порошок.
Отдельная благодарность хозяйке Натии. Она своевременно и очень подробно объяснила, где и как получить ключи, а также без проблем согласилась на более поздний выезд в день нашего отъезда.
Расположение квартиры также отличное — самый центр Тбилиси. Все основные достопримечательности и уютные улочки Старого города находятся в пешей доступности.
В целом моя семья и я остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием. Спасибо, Натия, и удачи вам в дальнейшем! 🙌 С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Приветливая участливая хозяйка, была на связи и подробно описала, как найти квартиру. Большая терраса. Отличное расположение. Много посуды.
Friendly and attentive host, always in touch and gave detailed directions on how to find the apartment. Large terrace. Excellent location. Plenty of dishes.
Не очень приятно писать первый плохой отзыв, тем более, что сама по себе хозяйка вызвала очень приятное впечатление. Но по факту квартира имеет значительные минусы. Она совсем не чистая, под мебелью слои пыли. Чистота особенно важна для квартиры, которая подразумевает проживание с детьми. Не скажу, что прям совсем грязно, нет, но и не чисто точно. Очень и очень сильно скрипят полы. Матрас в спальне хороший, но в гостиной нет. Плохо работает сантехника, смесители нуждаются в ремонте. Штора в душе несколько раз падала. Петли на дверцах мебели скрипели (смазали сами), ножи были очень тупые, поточить нечем (отец нашёл камень и поточил об него). Это только то, что смогла вспомнить сходу. В целом мебель старая. Не могу сказать, что было комфортно в квартире.
It’s not pleasant to write my first negative review, especially since the host herself made a very nice impression. However, the apartment does have significant drawbacks. It was not clean — there was a thick layer of dust under the furniture. Cleanliness is especially important for an apartment meant for staying with children. I wouldn’t say it was completely dirty, but definitely not clean either. The floors creak very loudly. The mattress in the bedroom was good, but not the one in the living room. The plumbing didn’t work well — the faucets need repair. The shower curtain fell down several times. The cabinet hinges were squeaking (we oiled them ourselves), the knives were very dull, and there was nothing to sharpen them with (my father found a stone and used it). That’s just what I remember offhand. Overall, the furniture was old. I can’t say that the apartment felt comfortable.
