Excellent location. Very close to the square so all amenities easy to access. Close to all bars and restaurants and 15 minutes walking distance to Praia Grande beach. The property has two balconies and a large roof terrace with great views.
The only gripe I had with the property was the double bed mattress. This is a personal preference but I found it to be extremely hard and not comfortable at all. A memory foam topper would have made all the difference.
