The best thing about this B&B was its location. That was brilliant. Between the villa Roma (where you get off the airport bus) and via Mira di S.Vito where the Teatro Massimo di Palermo is right at the end of our street. There are many restaurants and shops of both roads and all the best places to visit. The Palace of the Normans,the Cathedral,Norman Church, The Pretoria fountain, the Baller Market.. etc all well worth looking at and visiting. Everything is within 20 minutes walking . The room was spacious ,clean and the bed comfortable.
There was a coffee maker in the shared kitchen but unfortunately there were no cups to drink the coffee from for the last two days, and there was no coffee maker in in our room? The toilet seat was broken, the shower rose went flying off when I turned the tap on and I got soaked from a very energetic shower hose.I thought the cleaner might have noticed that.. We enjoyed our time in Palermo .

The location was great, right in the city centre very close to the Treatro Massimo. Handy for the main railway station. A good choice of restaurants in the street just outside the hotel. Good facilities in the room and breakfast.
Being in the city centre, some noise is expected. Most of the sound from the bats nearby were eliminated except for the drum beat.

Location was very good, in the middle of the old city close to all attractions
The room was very noisy, even with the windows completely closed. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities also need attention: the shower is very small, and because the shower curtain is too short, water spills everywhere and the curtain clings to your body during use

The location was good, and in the old town so easy access to restaurants etc.
Breakfast was lovely.
We found access to the property confusing.
We booked two rooms and despite following the instructions that were given, did not find room number one - there was no door number to help us. We were quite some time getting in.
It was also not made clear which keypads should be used when entering from the street.
All three of us had neck ache from the pillows.
The nearby bars were open until 4am and we heard the music continuously. No sleep!
We have stayed in Italian cities many times and have never experienced noise like it.
We have since travelled across Sicily and also stayed in the heart of Rome where windows have been glazed and soundproofed.
We were also asked to give a tip for the cleaner when leaving. Never been asked for that in all our years of travel!
