Tolle Lage.

Location was excellent - in the middle of Plaka so close to shopping, restaurants and main sights we wanted to see yet not on a busy road. Very spacious. Convenient to have a both a full bathroom and WC. TV had streaming access. Need key for main building door but only needed a code to enter the unit.
My only complaint is that the shower needs some deep cleaning to get rid of the grout mildew. The rest of the apartment was very clean so not sure why they can't clean the shower better. Kitchen doesn't have a microwave (minor inconvenience), but otherwise fully stocked for what we needed. Others complained about only having a few coffee pods but we always bring our own instant coffee on trips so it wasn't an issue.

I liked that there were comprehensive information on food deliveries and tips on where to go and details instructions for the washing machine etc.
The Apartment was super clean and had a bottle of water in the fridge and coffee and tea to get us through the first night. that was very thoughtful.
The communication was attentive and timely.
I did not like the fact that we were unable to check in at 2 pm instead of 3 and were unable to at least leave our luggage at the property until check-in time. I had my kid with me and it was very unpleasant to have to deal with our luggage until we were able to check in.
