Clean and pleasant accommodation close to the beach, with lovely green surroundings, plenty of shade and space for children (and adults) to play and relax. Comfortable mattress and friendly staff, variety of desserts. I stayed for 1 night, with a 2y old toddler. Overall, I recommend this place and would happily return.
The only minor downsides were the lack of reading/ small bedside light in the room (dorm room) and communication issues before arrival.

It’s beautifully kept and in a lovely spot. The yoga and surfing are brilliant for a bit of a break from the usual routine – perfect for switching off. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff have been so kind and helpful with me :)
I know it’s a shared space, but it would be lovely if everyone could look after the room a bit more. It felt a little cluttered – shoes, clothes and towels were spread around – even though each bunk has its own drawer.
On the plus side, the hall gets quite dark at night, making the stairs tricky (or even a bit risky). I couldn’t find the light switch, so a little extra illumination would be brilliant.

Rooms are basic but clean, quiet, and organized. I loved being near the beach. The breakfast was also high quality. I enjoyed the yoga class.
Someone started to clean our room before check out time. But we just told them and they stopped.

We walked to get the Metro into Bilbao, which took about 15 minutes. The room was very clean. We had trouble finding accommodation in the area and we are definitely not surfers, but everyone was very friendly.
The breakfast could have been better. There was a small choice of fruit and the bread was not very nice. It was far to walk to find a restaurant for dinner.
