Generally clean with the exception of one pillow, good sized room. Liked open wardrobe facilities Shower worked well.
Had lots of hairs on one of the pillows? Single glazing sash windows couldn't be opened or closed and very noisy outside until late (ear plugs provided). Fan stopped working. Fridge was very noisy and woke me up in the night.

Convenient location.
Use of fan to keep cool appreciated.
Communication to get into the room was not great. Luckily the manager downstairs was able to contact the owner and get us the code required to enter. No communication received even after leaving messages on both phone numbers on the booking.com page.
Curtain rail not secure, fell off whilst opening them.
Fan in bathroom didn’t work, nor did main shower head above (if it does you need to leave instructi9ns)

The room was nice and comfortable, the location was good
The staff are impossible to get a hold of, the number on the door was someone who had no idea of the building. The bathroom door stopped opening and I finally got a call back 4 hours later.
