We really felt very welcome : the communication was outstanding, very friendly staff and showing genuine care about our stay. Very flexible and very accommodating to the personal schedule for day trips.
Everything was very clean, very well-maintained, nicely decorated and the room was spacious.
As we were in between Summer and Autumn, the weather was a bit unpredictable and we initially had a few times breakfast in the room. Still nice choice of food, however it was nicer to be in the common room, which was the case for the last couple of days.

The size of the rooms and location was good for town. The rooms were clean.
One of our rooms was a problem with the shower and were moved elsewhere. On the first morning it was pouring with rain - breakfast was on the roof top, the food was very wet and had to be collected and taken to rooms as no cover in case of rain. No table in our room to eat so not great experience. In one room the socket pulled out from the wall.
