Spacious, close to station, clean and lots of local food around
The laundry and 1 room that we stayed in for 1 night had a very bad smell but staff change the room for us the next day

Great staff, easy check in and we'll serviced.
Great location. Short walk to Nishi Nippori station 150m. Also a short 550m walk to Nippori station if you needed more options.
Rooms were clean and as described.
Local area has everything you need to start the day.
Complimentary coffee, croissants and hotel items including beauty products were a nice touch. Genuine 3 star hotel.
Only 1 lift but generally fairly quick.
Rooms were a bit dated
The tatami/futon was a bit too firm for me.
Room was quite musty when we arrived and smell returned when the AC wasn't turned on

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home. The property and amenities were simple yet fantastic, but what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service across the board.
A special shoutout goes to Mr. Manda (apologies if I'm misspelling the name!), whose extraordinary hospitality made a lasting impression on us. His attention to detail, warm approach, and genuine dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed made our stay truly seamless and memorable.
While there is a bit of room for improvement when it comes to the cleanliness of the room, overall everything was good.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed.
Room was not as advertised. Very hot and dark and unable to open the window. Looking at prices of other rooms I was definitely overcharged.
