Loved all of the various places where you could hang out and relax and sometimes even be alone. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were all wonderful. All of the options and choices and delicious foods were fantastic.
The kitchen/cooking in general was outstanding this time. This was our second time here and we have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the Meran/Caldaro area, and the food is always very good, but this was the first time I felt every meal we had was fantastic. Very creative, original, not over-seasoned or over-salted. Great flavors and beautiful dishes. Thank you!
The outfits the restaurant personnel were wearing were terrible. The khaki, baggy pants and green corduroy blazers with tshirts underneath for the men was just awful. Even worse were the outfits the women were wearing. The green shirts and pants looked like hospital wear. I assume the look that was trying to be achieved was a comfortable, casual, autumn look, but I really felt it looked terrible and inappropriate for this hotel. For the 5 star hotel that you are, dress your restaurant personnel appropriate and with some class.
I also did not appreciate the very young children playing all over the floor in the breakfast area. I understand that family's with small children are also welcome, but when young children are running around and playing and crawling on the floor that you are walking through to get to the buffet, that's a problem for me. It was obnoxious and rude. And it happened several mornings in a row while we were staying there.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The whole area is very beautiful. The staff is amazing, patient and welcoming both in the dining room and at the reception. Clean and tidy room. 3 great meals with special pasta and dessert evenings. There are lots of options for trips in the area. The hotel manager and his family who also work there are lovely people who know how to host well
There is a pool and sauna for adults only in a separate location from the children. Parking is very convenient and there is no need to walk far to the elevator and from there straight to the room.

Bestes Hotel ! Es ist wirklich alles außergewöhnlich gut. Zimmer, Spa, Essen, Freundlichkeit, Zusatznutzen ohne Aufpreis ( Garage, Frontscheibe geputzt, 3/4Menü, Wandervesper uvm). Wahnsinn, das kann man nicht besser machen. Nahezu jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.
Man muss nichts verbessern!

Sehr freundliches Personal, riesige Auswahl am Frühstücks-, Nachmittags- und Abendbuffet.
Dass wir am Abreisetag den Wellnessbereich nicht mehr nutzen durften, uns wurde schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass wir zusätzlich 50 CHF pro Person zahlen müssten.
