This property had everything we needed. It is not a luxury resort. Some things need a little work, but it is peaceful, simple, right on the beach, and a good location. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and friendly. We came to Jacksonville because I had to go to the Mayo Clinic. It is an easy 9-10 min drive from the property to the Mayo. Thank you to the host for helping make our visit a seamless and nice stay.

Such a great spot. Walking out to the beach was easy, coffee on the patio every morning was perfect. It fit our family so well. Amazing communication with the owner. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Room not ready, dishwasher did not work, bathroom sink stopper broken so sink filled up and had to bail water out of it to use, curtains don’t cover the window and rod is broken so falls apart if you try to cover the window. Good communication but no resolution. This condo needs some TLC
