It is located in a country-like setting just 4 blocks from Marketplatz on Main Street. There is one bedroom, with a queen bed, perfect for a couple seeking a private, quiet place. The master bedroom is 4 steps up from the comfortable living room. Please keep the steps in mind when considering this property for the elderly or those with special needs. There is a downstairs bedroom with twin beds if separate sleeping is needed. Walk through the private entrance into a living room filled with art. Two outdoor seating areas, offer a lovely setting to enjoy the drier, cooler weather of the Texas Hill Country. The front yard and patio are both fenced as this is a pet friendly home away from home.

The house was really comfortable. We were there during the big flood! We stayed high and dry. Lightning knocked out the breaker but Gayle came right over and fixed it. Loved the house and yard. Perfect for my dog. Had a family of deer in the yard everyday. Close to the Main Street and HEB was right there. Would stay again.
