About this house rental
This pretty brick and flint bungalow which lies in the delightful grounds of a private house is a very short walk from the promenade and the town centre of Sheringham. A great base to explore Norfolk.Ground floor: Door into porch, leading into: Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and door to: Lounge: with two arm chairs, TV, and dining table with four chairs. Double bedroom: with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and wardrobe . Family bathroom: with bath (deeper than usual bath), wash basin and WC.

This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs.

the property was very clean, the decor was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped, However, there were three items that let the property down and do need addessing, the two arm chairs in the sitting room are very hard and very uncomfortable, the mattress is in a very poor state the right hand side is particularly bad as when I laid on it the top of the mattress bottomed out on the bottomed of the mattress making sleep very uncomfortable, other than these problems the Flints was very good value

We have stayed at the Flints for a number of years and have always loved it for it's location and it works for our needs. however this year they had redone various elements of the property such as the floors and new curtains and lampshades etc. The new floor was fine but it is a shame to not have carpet in the living room anymore as it makes the room feel much less comfortable. I would also say the decor is now slightly at odds with each other and doesn't seem to have been entirely thought through. It would also be much nicer to have one comfortable sofa instead of 2 armchairs but I realise these things are personal preference. It is a very well placed property and the garden is lovely but for the size it seems very expensive and
