Dana's house is located in the heart of a private residence, an oasis of peace a stone's throw from the Beach, a 7-minute walk from the old port where restaurants and bars offer many specialties on beautiful terraces by the sea.
The house consists of two floors with individual entrances. It is a charming building that has kept its "historic" and warm side.
The apartment is upstairs, finely decorated, has a large bright living room, a beautiful terrace with open views of the garden and the hill, two spacious bedrooms with views of the garden. Kitchen and bathroom have retained the character of the time. A stone barbecue in the garden is available. You can park the car right in front of the house.

I traveled to Nice with my adult children & very much enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful to walk to the port & a small beach nearby. The apartment was sparkling clean & the AC kept us cool. We had intended to use the garden bbq but ran out of time enjoying all Nice had to offer! Communication with our host was great; especially the instructions for the Uber. Very important! :) We will book again the next time we are in Nice! Thank you!

A wonderfull place to rest after exploring the city or even just to relax a hole day long in the shady garden.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to calm down, close enough to dive in, just perfect!The cozy apartment offers with its two bed rooms and a spacious living room enough space for a family with two kids, beside the garden it has a nice balcony and a chilling air conditioning.An extra star for Aurélie the wellcoming host, courteous and discreet at the same time… merci beaucoup pour tout!!!

Wonderful base for our quick stay in Nice. The AC worked well during a heat wave. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast and coffee. Location was great to walk to the port and Old City. Were able to park our car right in front of house. Host was excellent in welcoming us and helping us settle in.
