It was spacious, had so many outdoor areas to enjoy. We didn’t take advantage of the pool, but it was pretty. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Was nice to have a parking spot on the property. Manager arrived right away when we had trouble opening the front door. Appreciated having a washing machine.
It does have steep stairs.

Everything was fantastic - well appointed villa in ‘new’ Nerja with a great location.
Near to Burriana beach and a short walk into the Balcon. Lots of space and so many terraces with beautiful views.
Ground floor 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite with small terrace, 1 bedroom opened onto pool area. 3rd bedroom and a second toilet and shower room.
Large outside area with small pool, sunbeds and dining area, washing machine.
1st floor large living room, kitchen, dining area with 2 terraces with seating.
3rd floor rooftop terrace.
Villa had all facilities we needed for 2 couples.
Communication from Paradise rentals was excellent. Bedding and towels renewed the second week.
Nothing to dislike
