8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Arrival instructions easy to follow, the key codes worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable, spotlessly clean room and en-suite.
The door to the room rattled everytime anyone else in the corridor opened a door, managed to wedge it with card so it didn't keep waking us up. It's a tight squeeze for two with the bed against the wall.

Was not always able to park in the car park

Door rattles in frame every time the front door was open or closed, which went on too late. I suggest using a rubber seal to absorb this.
Bed was uncomfortable, no air in room wad very hot night. I suggest adding a foam topper to mattress. Television was way too small to be used.
