Central computer with high speed wireless Internet. Vonage phone line if you need to call home or the office. 32 inch TVs, individual safes in all 3 bedrooms. Interior kitchen has all the devices you could need including dishwasher, gas cook-top & oven, convection oven/microwave, s/s refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. Exterior kitchen features Chef quality BBQ & wet bar sink and additional stove and oven if you prefer to cook outside and not get the interior hot. Individual air conditioning in each bedroom and general living area. You also get your own private pool should you choose to be more private. The building has an amazing modern architectural design. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, galleries, parks and markets.

We had a great stay in this gorgeous house. Everything we needed was there and more. Very well located with amazing views. Our host Lupita was lovely and very helpful. We would return again and again.

The house was amazing! The sound of the waves from the bay throughout the house was priceless.And just a 2 minute walk down some stairs to the beach!Jesus was wonderful and very responsive with any of our needs.The house is also fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.Would definitely return to this location.

This was a wonderful villa. Three master suites with a pool. The only down side was access to the beach. Very steep flights of stairs and no chairs or bar service on beach in front of property.
