Location in town was good except that it was Caravale so very noisy until 3am, luckily we were up the other end of the Main Street to the concerts.they have bikes for hire which we used.
Bed was saggy, room smelt heavily of bleach when we checked in.

Clean and comfortable property right in the centre of tulum, 1 min from the bus station. I felt very safe there as a solo traveller. Hotel offers bag storage and water machine with teas and coffees on offer. Shower pressure was great and very warm.
It is on the Main Street so a bit of noise should be expected. Staff could be a bit friendlier. The beds are on wheels so move around sometimes.

Magdalena in the reception was super friendly, helpfull and informative. Thanks 😎
On second floor it was very quiet.
Also pool and garden were nice.
More light on the outside the room (which was a nice balcony)
