Great location. very comfortable unit with lovely view of the ocean. Good facilities, loved the indoor heated pool. Too wet to use the sizeable outdoor pool. Convenience of Woolworths unde runits.
They had trouble reading my Visa card and hence I had to go to another address to collect and return keys. Difficult to find a park, had time frame to get to office before i would be charged for parking. Somewhat stressful for an out of towner.

Convenient location, makes it a great place to stay, only a short walk to the tram
First thing I noticed when walking in was it seemed a little dirty, there were spill marks on the coffee table and the bathroom door kept getting stuck on the skirting board that is coming off the wall

The location is great.
Facilities definitely need an upgrade. Very dusty and old and carpet needs a good clean. Couch needs to be replaced. Dining table and chair to be replaced very wonky.
