Great location. View from the balcony. Super clean and comfortable. Felt very “family” . Wonderful breakfast with great choices. Really warm, friendly and helpful staff. Beside the waterfront at the bottom of Kas so easy to get around. Parking was not a problem as staff were so helpful.
We loved everything.

Great location for a one-night stay in Kaş. Beautiful sea view, clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you’re traveling by car — you can park right there and leave the car until the morning, with no need to move it. Vey friendly staff.
The breakfast could be improved.

Room and bathroom was fine.
We arrived at 8pm after a long trip from Istanbul. After carrying our own cases up the steps, we were shown our room. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. We were told that they do not provide this. The bottle of complimentary shampoo was not enough for my wife to wash her hair, let alone me too. Even this was never replenished. All there was in the way of refreshments were two tea bags and satchels of coffee. No sugar or creamer. Again, this was not replenished. Fortunately there was a small supermarket close by so we could, at least, provide our own. These may sound like minor issues, but this is NOT a budget hotel. In all of my trips around the globe I have never encountered this before.
