Our 100-year-old, meticulously maintained 3 bed/2 bath craftsman style home is a wonderful space for families.
You’ll love its prime location and neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to Main Street, where you can find the best restaurants and shopping in Santa Monica.
Although a car is not necessary for this location, there is secure, gated driveway parking for 2 vehicles.
Our house has everything you need to enjoy the Cali lifestyle including bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We also have baby supplies for families with young children.
Spend relaxing time on the lovely back patio with a grill. We also supply a washer, dryer, smart TV, and high-speed Internet with your rental.
Our home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids.
Santa Monica law requires hosts to be present during the guests stay.
I live on-site and will be available throughout your stay, but I have a private space & entrance.
You will have use of the rest of the house and two parking spaces with a private driveway.
I am available 24/7 and will personally meet every guest and make sure you're settled in and have everything you need.
Guests must comply with Santa Monica Laws including; occupancy, noise, and parties.
Please note: No visitors without the express permission of the Host. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed and no disturbing our neighbors.
Guests will be required to provide ID/DL and may be required to sign a separate contract agreeing to abide by all rules.

The house is in great location. Very safe. The beach is very close to the house. And the neighborhood is pretty good and lots of things to explore. The house was clean and beautiful. We did experience inconvenience during checkin, even after messaging in the app that we are arriving in 30 min(as requested) the property manager expected us to message them in the group channel too(which was not clear in the instructions). So we ended up waiting 15 min on the road side with our family when we arrived at 9 pm. The property manager was very responsive though and provided good overview of the property. The AC in one of the bedroom(one with two twin bed) had issues, it shuts down in 20 minutes(occasionally) even after setting timer which was huge inconvenience in the middle of the night as some of us were feeling hot in the middle of the night. AC in other rooms were good.The property also provided great amenities like cycles and paddle board
