El apartamento está bien equipado, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila. Dispone de un balcón con buenas vistas, ideal para relajarte.
La llave del portal la recoges al subir al apartamento por primera vez y resulta incómodo tener que esperar con el equipaje en la calle a que salga algún residente del edificio para poder entrar. No es un drama pero si un aspecto mejorable.
Sugiero también la posibilidad de disponer de dos llaves del portal para ofrecer más autonomía.
Las almohadas me parecieron muy blandas, aunque es una opinión personal.
Al margen de lo anterior estuve muy cómodo y volvería a escoger esta opción de alojamiento en Puerto de la Cruz.

Bez náhodného kolemjdoucího bychom se dovnitř nedostali, dorazili jsme v 23h po 3 hodinách snahy o zaparkování- přesto že ubytování nabízí parkování- bohužel až v podmínkách zmiňuje že je plavené a nutné rezervovat předem. Následný klíč až u dveří do apartmánu bychom bez kolemjdoucího nezískali….

Great location in a quiet area and very close to supermarkets, seaside, bars and restaurants.
The first time you enter the building you have to wait for a neighbour to open the door for you as the box with the key is inside the building.
The layout of the apartment is far from ideal, the bed is literally in the kitchen with little space to move around. The pictures are not representative of the studio.
The floor was sticky so we had to clean it the first day.
Kitchen cookware is not in good condition, specially the non-stick pans. In combination with the low power stove makes it difficult to cook.
