There are three small houses sharing a swimming pool (plus one large house with its private swimming pool). The house we rented was cozy, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen.
The bedroom is with a large double bed and a wardrobe. Since we came with a kid a rollaway bed was added. The bathroom has both: a bath tube and a shower. The small living room with a sofa and a coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a cooker, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, plus necessary pots, dishes, cutlery etc. Since tap water in Seychelles is not very tasty a great addition is a water distributor using big water bottles. Few additional small bottles were waiting for us upon arrival (though, unlike some people mentioned in their comments, not restocked daily).
If weather permits a good idea is to eat outside since the house has a covered terrace with a small dining table and a bbq. One day we got some local fruits. The house was cleaned daily.
The best way to arrive is by car, there's private parking, but in case the bus stop is just few minutes away walking. The closest supermarket also. People staying at Felicie may use the beach by the nearby hotel, also just few minutes away. The airport is less than 20 min by car.
The swimming pool is nice, as our kid loves to play in the water it was one of the reasons why we chose Felicie since many apartments in Seychelles don’t have swimming pools.
Certainly next time in Seychelles we'll choose Felicie again for our stay.
We don’t have many reasons to complain. There's no a/c in the living room, but that's common in Seyschelles. There's also no washmachine, there's only paid laundry service.
We rented another house than we received, but the price for both was anyway the same and the size as well. The Booking was blamed for the confusion, though I have reasons to suspect otherwise.
One could pay with cash (Euro accepted) or paypal, card payments option was not available during our stay.

Very spacious apartment with comfortable bed and nice surroundings in the yard and pool area. The apartment was quite clean and it was close to the nearest beach. Drinking water and bathroom amenities were provided and they had a book of great recommendations of the surrounding areas!
The bathroom and the pool could use a good deep clean. Also the lights in the apartment were very ”harsh”, for example when trying to read in the bed, the light lit up the whole room. Other than that I have nothing to fault the place :)

Emma was very welcoming, and the place is really lovely.
There's nothing to say about the facilities and quality of the chalet.
I highly recommend it.
