The host greeted us directly at the property. The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed, including a washing machine, and small details. Since an elevator was my top requirement, I was glad to find one here—it's a bit older, but it works perfectly fine. The space is clearly designed with guest comfort in mind; it's quite spacious, featuring a large dining table, a comfy couch, and a big kitchen where we were able to cook our own meals. Plus, it's just a short walk away from Skopje's Old Town.
The property is right on the main street, so traffic noise might bother some guests. Personally, it didn't bother me at all. I noticed some street sounds at first, but then I realized the window was open. Once I shut it, the noise dropped significantly and wasn't an issue.

Perfect location, 5 min walk from the main square and great views on the big church and the mountains. Communication and host really attentive and friendly. Spacious flat with nice terrace. Well-equipped even with some extra amenities in the kitchen. I felt welcome and well treated.

This apartment was very large, with a comfortable bed, clean, with a well stocked kitchen, nice balcony, quiet location, and a good location in relation to what we wanted to see of Skopje. Host was very nice. All in all, our stay at Niko - Max apartments was a good experience.
Meeting host for key pickup was a little difficult and the appearance of the neighborhood was a little off putting. The parking garage seemed a bit sketchy and was a block from the apartment. However, the neighborhood turned out to be fine as did the rather odd parking garage.

The host Jasmina was a lovely host. Super kind and helpful.
The apartment was very well located. Very centric and close to supermarket and restaurants.
5 minutes walk to the town centre square.
The beds were quite hard.
The noise from the busy road was disturbing.
