The worst place I have ever stayed at—do not go there.

The apartment was located in the city center.

The host forgot to send us check-in instructions even though I contacted him on the morning of our arrival to confirm our arrival time. He doesn't speak English, so I had to wait outside and call him multiple times before he finally answered and sent the instructions. The entrance is located at the back, which is completely neglected, many holes on the ground and nowhere to be seen in the photos. Note that they will make you pay city tax in cash after arrival- not included in the price. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. The lockbox for the keys was jammed, and it took me about 20 minutes to open it, despite the owner claiming there was no issue with it. Very old and used cups and plates, towels are also very old and tattered. Many of the cabinets were locked, on the balcony, there was a cup full of cigarette butts from the previous guest, the dishwasher didn't work, and the bathtub had so little headroom you couldn't stand up to take a shower—you had to crouch. The worst part was that one evening, one of us sat on a chair and a leg suddenly broke, causing them to collapse to the floor. We had to go to the nearest pharmacy to buy painkillers and it still hurts at the moment. It turned out the chair was missing two screws, and even though we messaged the host right away, they only bothered to reply after we had checked out, and even then blamed us for it.

Solo Stay 13th-17th October 2025

Lovely spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location 15-minute walk from the train station and not too far from the main sights. There are lots of bars and shops nearby.

4 / 10

The location is good in the very center, but the apartment is not comfortable for a tourist.

The location is good, in the city center.

I didn't like the access to the apartment, because you have to go around the house to find the entrance. But they didn't talk about it. From the window you can see the trash can and people sitting on the bench and drinking alcohol. The apartment was clean, but there was dust under the bed, the shower in the bathroom was broken, the microwave was dirty. There are no extra linens to replace if you get the one you have dirty. There was no curtain in the bathroom so everything around was wet if you take a shower.

Great place, will definitely be coming back again!

+ great location!! + comfortable and modern apartment in an older apartment building = great atmosphere + easy check-in and check-out

- cleanliness could be a little better (I’m a perfectionist though 😉) - earplugs can be a good idea when visiting over a weekend, there can be noise from the parties nearby
