Amazing location within walking distance to everything important. Large bedroom with living room (with pull out sofa) and kitchenette. Daily trash removal, water refill and kitchen clean up. Were able to store our luggage in reception area after check-out for the day. Overall, absolutely loved our stay in Heraklion and Crete.
Everything was perfect.

The location was wonderful, close to the airport bus and an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and the breakfast was delicious. Our room,in this lovely old building, was comfortable, with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a location that could be reached via taxi in old town walkable to reach dining options. this is an accommodation that someone should stay and if they’re familiar with the city to find the washroom and know what to do and where to go not great for a first time visitor
No staff to check you in and answer questions - no response from hotel using Booking.com messaging about arranging transportation eventually arranged via Booking.com, which did work. very steep spiral staircase, which is unsuitable for anyone with a large suitcase or any issues about carrying heavy bags up a long, steep winding staircase..
